Shelly Shipley founded Nurturing Our Spirit in 2012 to assist others on their spiritual journey to become more loving, compassionate, and kind to themselves and others. As a certified LoveWorks Tantra Coach, Shelly teaches clients to connect their sexual and heart energies to develop greater confidence in all areas of their lives; including, but not limited to, their sexual connections.

Shelly began her own spiritual journey 30 years ago when someone she had only met once at a cocktail party gave her the book “Spirit Song: The Introduction of No Eyes” by Mary Summer Rain. Since that time she has been a perpetual student of life and a seeker of truth, studying Native American and Peruvian Shamanism, Tantra, Reiki, crystal therapy, hypnotherapy, cellular release, aromatherapy, Resonance Alchemy, and so much more. 

Throughout her journey toward healing and self-love, Shelly has been blessed to work with many gifted healers and teachers, worldwide. Through her intuitive and empathic nature, she has also been assisting others on their journey for years and is passionate about sharing all that she has learned. Her focus is on spiritual and emotional growth as a foundation of healing. She will assist you in finding your inner healer, to remove blockages, restore a healthy energy flow, and live your best life possible.

Shelly currently provides Reiki sessions, crystal therapy, Tantra coaching sessions for individuals and couples, guided meditations, customized sessions, personal growth workshops, Tantra workshops, and retreats.

Shelly’s spiritual path is a way of life for her; she is a spiritual traveler, yogini, and goddess. In her free time you will find her taking workshops, reading self-help/spiritual books, practicing yoga, meditating, walking in nature, enjoying a matcha at the local coffee house, or hanging out with friends and family. She has an amazing son and daughter who, along with their spouses have blessed her with three bundles of joy grandchildren who are the light of her life.

With over 30 years of experience on her own spiritual path, Shelly’s psychology background and intuitive capabilities play a large role in her attuning to the blockages of those she works with.  Together with her clients, Shelly helps to remove those blockages and guides them to tap into their own personal strengths.

Jeff BrOwn

Jeff Brown, Coach/Co-Owner

At various times in the journey of Jeff’s life, he has been a Life Coach and personal growth workshop facilitator; a Brand Strategist specializing in copywriting, video and audio production and editing, and podcast production; a Technical Writer; and a music composer, producer and performer. 

Jeff had dabbled in various personal growth opportunities, but his journey really started when he was introduced by a friend to the Understanding Yourself and Others course, a weekend-long exploration of what motivates us, where we’re stuck, and - most importantly - how to step in to using our personal power. Based on the learning he gained that weekend in 1993, he dedicated himself first to learning all he could and to becoming certified to become a workshop facilitator. This started a lifelong quest to not only bettering himself, but working to also make a difference in others’ lives.

Across all of his different ventures, his guiding principle has been to help people get clear on who they are, what they’re passionate about, and what’s important to them. About how to deeply enjoy the life they’re living and the work they do - about how they make a difference in the world. Learning to express themselves and live from a place of clarity, whether in their relationships, their business life, their spirituality, and in their families. 

Now, as a member of the team at Nurturing Our Spirit, Jeff intends that his heart-centered approach will be a catalyst for others to explore and learn how to experience and create deeper levels of intimacy with their partners and within themselves.
